Player Attack on 3-7-04

While we were hunting goblins a wizard by the name of Zoroster (Starkus) cast sleep and caused one of our party members to fall victim to the spell as well as the goblin. When Collins told Zoroster not to do that again, Zoroster responded by casting Ray of Frost on him. Krow and myself (Ganyja) witnessed this.

I checked the Server rules for what to do if someone does a PvP or a PK on you, but didn't find something spelling out what to do, so took this piece of info from what to do if you're pickpocketed and the other player refused to role play being caught:<br>

If the thief has stolen an illegitimate item, and refuses to return it, or just logs out, you will need to prove the item was stolen to have it replaced by a DM. It is a good idea to take a screen capture showing the theft message you received, and if possible, the thief with his name highlighted onscreen as well. It will be helpful to also note the player's login name. You will then need to contact us through official channels with your complaint; we will be able to investigate further from this point on.<br>

Get a screen capture showing that another player attacked you, the right side message screen should show that, plus the left side would show any conversation you might have had through 'tells' with your attacker. Get compatriots to take screen shots of the attack or result to show different viewpoints, too. Send a message on the DM channel that you've been PK'd or someone engaged in unauthorized PvP behavior. If you get no response, come here and send a PM to one of the DMs about it. Let them know you have screen shots. They'll get back with you about what to do next.<br>

To make a Screen Capture, hit the "Print Screen" key. Screen Caps are stored in your neverwinter folder as targa image files.<br>
