A Solution to Ruben and Natham's Problem

Here is a proposed solution by Gartok. I, Calduil, have scribed it for him. If both parties agree, please sign below.<br>

First, a neutral, well respected person will be found to act as a judge / mediator for both Ruben and Natham. Both Ruben and Natham must agree to the judge and his decision, whatever it may be. Morleas the wizard has been suggested. He is very smart and well respected.<br>
<br>
Second, Both parties must agree to live by the judgment or face excile from both the Dale and the Landing.<br>
<br>
Third, if either Ruben or Natham harm, steal, or put bounties on each other, they will be exiled.<br>
<br>
Fourth, the neutral judge will provide both judment and sentence.<br>
